The moment I stepped out of my car at this Georgia vineyard, I felt like I had been transported to the Californian or Italian countryside. CloudTree Vineyard‘s 40 acre property sits on top of lush rolling hills. One not only enjoys beautiful views of their 10 acres of grapes, but a priceless view of Pigeon Mountain also looms in the distance. On the day of my visit and branding photoshoot, hazy smoke from the Canadian wildfires made the view even more romantic.
Emily (the owner of Savannah Taylor Boutique) and I toured the property with its welcoming grounds keeper upon arrival. This Georgia Vineyard is perfectly suited for events and weddings. I featured the beautiful main house in several of the images below. A 3,300 square foot deck sits on top of the wine cellar and offers some of the most stunning views. The property features two very comfortable suites which could easily host a bridal party. On this occasion, we set up dressing rooms in the suites for the models who participated in the branding photoshoot. Currently, this venue offers seating for up to 225 guests.
Even without wedding or event plans, one should visit to CloudTree Vineyard. Indeed, this Georgia vineyard hosts wine tastings on select days throughout the year. Find up-to-date information about open days, sometimes featuring concerts and food trucks, on their Facebook Page. The grounds keeper showed us the wine cellar on our pre-photoshoot tour. I can personally attest to the fantastic flavor of their Rose’. Did I mention that this vineyard is self-sustaining, with it’s own rain water collection system?
