I took pictures of lots pictures of other people’s children this week. On Tuesday, I had Atlas’ session and yesterday I helped out at Camp Horizon. If you’ve never heard of Camp Horizon you should definitely look into it. It’s a weekend camp for kids with disabilities organized by one of the PTs I work with. It was awesome! Kids in leg braces and wheel chairs, with varying degrees of ability got to go swimming, canoeing, and camping with the assistance of OT and PT student “counselors”. It was so fun to witness and capture so much joy and excitement; kids being kids.
